Benefits Technologies Acquires Two New Divisions

Benefits Technologies is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Titan Benefits located in Royal Oak, Michigan and Parker Benefits located in Fair Oaks, California.  Both of these companies have extremely successful track records in the industry.

This purchase greatly enhances Benefits Technologies' position as a leader in worksite benefit communication and enrollment, as each of these companies bring tremendous assets to the table.  Their respective presidents, David Brenner of Titan and Kevin Spann of Parker, have substantial depth of knowledge and experience in the administration, communication and delivery of worksite benefits.

Titan Benefits will be renamed to Benefits Technologies Division 10 and Parker Benefits will begin operating under the name of Benefits Technologies Division 11.
