informed decision. Through the co-browsing platform, employees log onto a
web site which directs them to call out service center, during normal
business hours. An Enrollment Specialist will facilitate the enrollment
process by walking the employee through their benefit options while also
answering any questions.
> SELF-SERVICE
Experience the Internet fast lane through "self-service". Through
"self-service", employees experience their enrollment through the Internet
via a client-specific web site. This web-based system allows employees
across the country to enroll 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
> TELEPHONIC ENROLLMENT
With our tele-enrollment process, employees call the United Benefits
Technologies Enrollment Center. our Enrollment Specialist leads the employee
through a complete benefits presentation. The employee follows along in
their "fulfillment package" which includes a complete description of their
voluntary benefits choices. As decisions are made, the Enrollment Specialist
enters them in the computer. At the end of the process, a confirmation is
sent to the employee.
